After overcoming her own struggles with depression and disordered eating through nutrient restoration, she now helps women stabilize their biology and rebuild their brains for lasting calm and clarity. Laurie is the host of the Take Back My Brain Podcast and creator of the Balanced Brain Blueprint™, where she teaches that real freedom starts by addressing root causes, not just behaviors.

ANGELA JOHNSON

A mom, wife, Registered Nurse, and board-certified nurse coach with 12 years of experience in mental health, neuroscience, and addiction recovery. After stepping away from bedside nursing to redefine true wellness, she now helps people understand their patterns and build sustainable change. After losing her brother to alcohol addiction in 2025, Angela deepened her commitment to providing personalized, compassionate support for those seeking freedom from drinking.

That’s okay. Many moms join while still drinking or stuck in an on-again, off-again cycle. This program meets you where you are and helps you build a foundation that supports change over time.

How much time will this take each week?

This program is designed for real life. Live calls are weekly, and will be recorded. You’ll get the most out of it by showing up live when you can, but nothing is all-or-nothing.

Is this group confidential?

Yes. This is a private, judgment-free space. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.
